Jackie Barnum
Founder
I'm Jackie, a Major in the Marine Corps who has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. I am originally from the Bay Area in California, and I graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2014 with a B.S. majoring in Information Technology. As a logistics officer for ten years, I have been stationed in Okinawa, Japan; Camp Pendleton, California; Newport, Rhode Island, and Miramar, California.
I have been facilitating mentor connections since 2021 and have seen the power of mentorship and how impactful finding the right mentor can be when navigating one's career and overcoming challenges. I have been blessed to have many of my own mentors who have influenced my life and are the reason that I continue to serve. It is my goal to pay that forward and help as many service members as I can achieve their career goals.
Chuck Knowles

Chuck has been a software developer for decades, and when we asked our community for help to expand our reach through a comprehensive connection platform, Chuck raised his hand. His time is extremely valuable. He volunteers it because he believes in Jackie, and in the foundation of connection that she has built through her reputation.
Stephanie Wright
Board Member
LCDR Stephanie Wright, USN, spent 10 years as an officer in the Navy, where she was a part of the first generation of women in combat. She also worked as an instructor at the Naval Academy before joining the civilian ranks as a product manager, program manager, and is now a customer success manager.
Jason Yurisic
Board Member
LtCol Yurisic, USMC (ret.) joins the board having first enlisted in the Marine Corps before joining the officer ranks and continuing his career as a Low Altitude Air Defense officer. He recently retired from his last command at 3rd LAAD Bn, and now works for Schell Brothers Homebuilders.
