Our Mission

Our mission is to assist service members of all ranks and branches in achieving their career goals by finding a specific mentor who has previously navigated the same path. We are a non-profit organization that believes that every service member deserves a mentor who can help them navigate military life regardless of whether they have been in for one week or 15 years. Anyone interested in service should have access to a mentor in any field they are interested in so they can be fully informed of the many options that exist.

Our volunteer mentors have accomplished goals, overcome challenges, and can offer guidance and support to current service members going through similar experiences. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where members of our military can connect with other service members and veterans, resulting in lasting relationships. We want to provide an avenue for you to achieve your goals without ever having to feel like you have to figure it out on your own.
