This program serves USNA Midshipmen and NAPS Midshipmen Candidates by connecting them with Naval Academy Alumni in order to provide mentorship as they begin their military journeys.

How It Works

AcademyConnect uses a smart matching algorithm to pair midshipmen with alumni based on service community, mentorship topics, hobbies, and career interests. Both alumni and midshipmen can browse profiles, send connection requests, and build lasting mentorship relationships.
